The TP80 is a controller designed for ventilation systems, capable of controlling temperature and humidity for animal houses, greenhouses, and industrial facilities.

General Features of TEMP TP80

• Display:

  • Shows temperature in °C and relative humidity (RH) in red, with a clear numeric display visible even in low light.

  • Resolution: 0.1 °C for temperature, 0.1% RH for humidity.

  • Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F.

• Sensor Inputs:

  • Supports 1 indoor temperature sensor and 1 outdoor temperature sensor.

  • Supports 1 indoor humidity sensor.

• Indicator Lights:

  • 13 LED indicators to show the status of connected devices such as fans, water pumps, heaters, and alarms.

• Device Control:

  • Can control 10 fans, 1 water pump, 1 heater, and 1 alarm.

  • Fan ON/OFF can be set by temperature steps (Step ON/OFF), allowing users to configure the desired temperature for each fan.

  • Minimum ventilation can be set using Timer ON/OFF for fans.

  • Sequential delay for fan activation (3 seconds per fan).

  • Can control fan speed via inverter (0–10 VDC analog output).

• Inverter System with Boost-Up Control

  • Provides enhanced ventilation based on time, temperature, or humidity according to user requirements.

  • Water pump and cooling pad ON/OFF can be set by temperature steps (Step ON/OFF), allowing users to configure the desired temperature for pump activation.

  • Can set a maximum relative humidity to automatically turn off the water pump to prevent excessive humidity.

• Heater Control:

  • Heater ON/OFF can be set by temperature steps (Step ON/OFF), allowing users to set the desired temperature for turning off the heater.

• Alarm Settings:

  • Users can configure alarms for high temperature, low temperature, or high humidity, receiving notifications as needed.

• Recalibration:

  • Supports temperature and humidity recalibration for accurate measurements.

• Optional Computer Network Connectivity:

  • Can communicate via computer network and allows users to view real-time and historical data as well as adjust settings using the TempView software on a PC.

• Optional Mobile App (Smart Link) Connectivity:

  • Users can view data and modify settings via mobile app.

  • Supports alerts through SMS, Line, WhatsApp, and phone calls (SIM Card).

  • In the event of a power outage, the system can immediately notify users via phone call.
