Temp TP40 Product Information
TP40 is a control device specifically designed for ventilation systems. It can manage both temperature and humidity levels in livestock houses, greenhouses, and industrial facilities.
Features of Temp TP40
Temp TP40 Product Features
Displays both temperature (°C) and relative humidity (RH) alternately with bright red digits that are easy to read even in low-light conditions.
Display resolution: 0.1°C for temperature and 0.1% RH for humidity.
Supports temperature display in both °C and °F.
Compatible with one temperature sensor for inside the house.
Compatible with one humidity sensor for outside the house.
Recalibration function allows for manual adjustment of temperature and humidity readings.
Equipped with 6 indicator lights showing the ON/OFF status of controlled devices such as fans, water pumps, heaters, or alarms.
Control Capabilities
Can control 4 fan units, 1 water pump unit, and 1 heater or alarm unit.
Fan ON/OFF control is based on a step temperature setting. Users can set the desired activation temperature for each fan individually.
Relay for Fan 4 can be configured to operate either as Fan 4 or as a mist spray system.
Supports Timer ON/OFF control for minimum ventilation management.
Features 3-second startup delay between each fan activation to prevent power surges.
Capable of controlling fan speed via inverter (analog 0–10 VDC output).
The inverter system includes a boost-up ventilation function that can be set based on time, temperature, or humidity.
Water Pump & Cooling Pad Control
Cooling pad pump ON/OFF control is based on step temperature setting. Users can set the desired activation temperature.
Cooling pump timer allows setting of ON/OFF durations.
Supports setting a high humidity limit to stop the pump and prevent excessive humidity.
Heater & Alarm Control
Heater ON/OFF control is based on step temperature setting. Users can set the desired deactivation temperature.
Heater relay can be configured to operate as either a heater or an alarm signal output.
Alarm settings available for high temperature, low temperature, and high humidity with adjustable thresholds.
Optional Features
Optional computer network communication module allows real-time and historical data display, parameter adjustments, and system monitoring via TempView software on a PC.
